1. Service Description
OwlTradeZone ("the Service", "we", "us") provides a private membership platform delivering foreign exchange trading signals to registered members. Signals are delivered via the member portal at owlzone.trade and, where enabled, via Telegram. Signals are generic, non-personalised, and delivered simultaneously to all active members.
The Service does not constitute investment advice, financial planning, discretionary asset management, or any other regulated investment service. Members retain full and sole responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes. We do not have access to, or control over, any member's trading accounts or funds.
2. Membership and Access
Membership is by invitation or application only. Access to the member portal is granted upon activation by an administrator. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at our discretion, with or without cause, subject to a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees.
Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials or allow any third party to access the Service using your account.
3. Fees and Payment
The Service operates on a profit-share model. Members pay a percentage of realised profits from trades they mark as taken on the platform during each calendar month. The applicable percentage is agreed at the time of activation and displayed in your member portal.
Fees are calculated based on profitable closed trades you mark as taken and confirm by submitting a monthly account statement. Only verified trades are included in fee calculations. Fees are invoiced monthly and due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.
You will receive a pre-billing email at least 7 days before each billing period closes. Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date by contacting us at the address in Section 9.
4. Trade Verification
Members are required to submit a monthly account statement covering all trades taken during the billing period. Accepted formats include: MT5 terminal history export, MT5 official broker report, or a Hyperliquid fills CSV. Statements must be submitted via the Payments page before the period closes. We reserve the right to request additional evidence or clarification. Trades that cannot be verified will not be counted in fee calculations. Deliberately providing false or altered statements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of membership.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OwlTradeZone, its administrators, and its affiliates accept no liability for:
- Any trading losses arising from use of or reliance on signals provided
- Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity
- Any failure or interruption of the Service
- Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in signal content
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Irish or EU law.
6. Intellectual Property
All signal content, analysis, platform code, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of OwlTradeZone. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or share signal content outside the platform without prior written consent.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Outstanding fee balances remain due after cancellation.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
